🔮 What Is a Pre-Sale?

A pre-sale (or pre-order) allows customers to reserve a product before its official release. This is ideal for high-demand items or limited-edition TGC drops, helping you secure your cards in advance before they sell out.


📦 How It Works

  • You place an order for a product marked as Pre-Sale.

  • Payment is collected immediately to reserve your item.

  • Once the product is released and arrives at our warehouse, we ship it directly to you.

  • You’ll receive updates, including shipping confirmation and tracking, once dispatched.


🕒 Shipping Expectations

  • All pre-sale items will ship as soon as they become available—typically on or shortly after the official release date.

  • If you order in-stock and pre-sale items together, the entire order may be held until all items are available.

    • For faster shipping, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items.


🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a pre-sale order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing endwestsports@gmail.com.

  • After 24 hours, all pre-sale orders are considered final as inventory has been allocated.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Release dates are subject to change by suppliers or publishers—West End Sports is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers or shipping vendors.

  • In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to stock shortages, we will issue a full refund or offer an alternative product.
